I think sending files directly over a local network isn’t the best approach. Best answer: Answer by kstrucker69yes, tourque is a measurment of twisting force measured in ft/lbs. HP is a measurment of work done. They are are not always proportional. Some engines can produce a lot of tourque at a low rpm but do not create thier maximum horsepower until they reach a high rpm. This is especially true on any engine with variable valve timing.
