Toshiba intros Excite 10 SE tablet with Jelly Bean, arriving on December 6 for $349.99

It feels like it’s been a while since we’ve heard any tablet news from Toshiba, but today the company has changed that by taking the wraps off of a new 10-inch Android slate. Dubbed the Excite 10 SE, the device features a 10.1-inch Autobrite HD display and a camera on its face as well as a 3-megapixel shooter on its backside. Also included with the Excite 10 SE is a quad-core Tegra 3 processor, 16GB storage, microSD card slot, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and a “textured Fusion Lattice finish” that Toshiba claims will make the slate easier to hold and carry. Lenovo Intros New Windows 8 Home Theater PC, AIOs

Here’s a new super-thin home theater PC featuring Windows 8 Pro, and a set of new Windows 8 AIOs. On Thursday Lenovo expanded its Windows 8 portfolio of products with a new home theater PC (HTPC), the IdeaCentre Q190. The company deems it as the world’s smallest full-function desktop PC, measuring just 0.86-inches wide and promising 80-percent faster processing performance than the previous IdeaCentre Q180 model. While the full list of specs currently isn’t available, the new mini-rig will offer up to a 3rd-generation Core i3 processor, up to 1 TB of HDD storage, and up to 24 GB of SSD cache. Toshiba intros Satellite P700 series notebooks

On Tuesday Toshiba took the wraps off of its new Satellite P700 series laptops. The models include the P745, P755/P755 3D, and P775, which sport 14-inch, 15.6-inch, and 17.3-inch displays, respectively. Buyers will have the option to configure their P700-series notebook with an Intel Core i3, Core i5, or Core i7 processor, and models sport either an NVIDIA GeForce GT540M GPU or an AMD A6-3400M chip with discrete Radeon graphics. Other features include HDMI-out, USB 3.0, up to 750GB of storage space, Harman Kardon speakers, support for Intel Wireless Display, and optional 4G WiMAX and Blu-ray players.
