Question by peter: Do unlocked & without data plan phones, as Samsung I8700 Omnia Win7, get OS updates as all of the other get? The updates come from MSN (not from AT&T or Samsung) via wifi correct? But, you may have some issues with apps and features since it is a branded phone. Know better? Leave your own answer in the comments!
