Video: First Look at Android 4.2.2 on the Verizon Galaxy Nexus – Droid Life

I really hope you’re not trying to imply I should have just fixed the radio/signal issues myself…or that I am somehow “not up to” a complex device such as this….

FYI: I’ve been building AOKP for toro and the Fascinate since b35. I know my way around Linux and Android just fine. I’ve run countless ROMs and kernels on every Android device I have (currently nX, Spectrum, G’Nex and Fascinate). This is *not* an issue of “this stuff is just too complicated”…it’s an issue of “it really should actually work as a phone”.

I’m sorry if you don’t see it that way.

I’m on my 3rd replacement with this device. If the OTA does not solve the issues when it officially hits, I’ll be requesting a different device.

I’m am indeed bitter. I think I have the right to be. …and I am *far* from the only knowledgeable person having major issues with this device.

Damn…the more I think about your response…I love that sh*t… “If it doesn’t work: fix it.” Yeah. That’s fabulous. If the transmission in your car dies 3 months after buying it, do you just bend over and fix it yourself??

…didn’t think so.
